SHIPPING POLICY

1.  General Information

   1. Jolly Trolley will arrange shipment of your purchase as soon as payment for the product is received. Shipment will take between 1 to 4 business days depending on your location. Jolly Trolley is based is Centurion Gauteng South Africa from where shipment will take place. Working days is Monday to Friday, excluded public holidays.

   2. Jolly Trolley will be responsible for your order till the products have been delivered. Damaged or missing products during transit will be replaced or refund in full

   3. Your order is subjected to availability of the product if the product is unavailable you will be notified and if Jolly Trolley already received payment a full refund will be made or alternative arrangement regarding delivery time.

   4.  You will receive a shipping notification as soon as shipment is processed.

   5. If special instructions is required with your shipment you can notify Jolly Trolley regarding any special requirements and such requirements will be transferred to the courier company. Jolly Trolley can not be held responsible for instructions not carried out by the courier company.

2. Shipping costs

   1. Shipping costs will depend on the product, the weight and volumetric as well as the location where the product will be sending to.

   2. Products that are indicated as Free shipping will be send free of charge

   1. If you want to cancel an order request the cancelation on email info@jollytrolley.co.za or WhatsApp 0824588751

 

 

1. 4, Damaged items received from shipment company.

   1. Please note any damage on a parcel and inspect your product immediately for any damage caused during shipping.

   2. If damage appear to be done by the courier company, we advise that the delivery is not accepted and noted on the waybill. The case should be reported to Jolly Trolley at info@jollytrolley.co.za
